1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jlislot", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jlislot platform and its operating entity, licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" means the jlislot website accessible at https://jlislot.net, including all games, features, services, and content made available therein.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any registered user who holds an active jlislot account.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration and KYC verification on jlislot.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your jlislot account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-withdrawable promotional credits, free spins value, or other incentive amounts credited to your account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals and certain account actions are permitted.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that licenses and oversees jlislot's operations.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a jlislot account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling as regulated by PAGCOR in the Philippines. jlislot does not permit players under 21 to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person residing in or accessing the Platform from the Philippines, or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of jlislot or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement on jlislot or any PAGCOR-regulated platform.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed jlislot account due to a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) jlislot account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. jlislot reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided at registration, including but not limited to government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Your jlislot account login credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. jlislot will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless jlislot is found to be directly at fault.

Account registration is free. jlislot does not charge a fee to open, maintain, or close a player account.

4 Deposits & Payments

jlislot accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are specified at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. jlislot does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match the registered player's identity, jlislot reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

Deposits are generally credited to your jlislot balance in real time. Processing delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank cut-off times, or network issues are outside jlislot's direct control. In such cases, please contact jlislot support with your transaction reference number for assistance.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed jlislot's KYC verification process. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where jlislot's compliance team determines otherwise.

jlislot aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya — within five (5) minutes for verified accounts under standard conditions; bank transfers — within one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

jlislot reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending completion of additional verification checks, particularly for:

• First-time withdrawal requests from a newly verified account;
• Withdrawal amounts that are unusual relative to the player's historical activity on jlislot;
• Accounts flagged for review by jlislot's fraud and compliance team;
• Accounts with active bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified at the time of the withdrawal request. jlislot does not charge a withdrawal processing fee, though receiving banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own charges.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jlislot offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jlislot promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only games designated as eligible for a particular promotion contribute toward satisfying the wagering requirement. Contribution rates by game type are detailed in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the promotion. Unused or unwagered bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• jlislot reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, alter its terms, or cancel an individual player's bonus entitlement if jlislot reasonably suspects that the player is engaging in bonus abuse or misuse.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at a time, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on jlislot are provided by licensed third-party game providers, including but not limited to PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and JDB. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing real-money wagers.

Game outcomes on jlislot are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. jlislot's game providers undergo independent testing and certification to confirm the fairness and statistical integrity of their RNG systems. jlislot does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a malfunction, error, or technical fault in a game, jlislot reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding wager amounts to the player's account balance. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. jlislot's decision regarding game malfunctions is final.

Where a discrepancy exists between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jlislot's server, the server record will be treated as the authoritative result. All game transactions are logged and available for review by PAGCOR upon request.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlislot and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent identity check;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the jlislot platform or place wagers;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game offered on jlislot;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain rather than reporting them to jlislot support;
• Using jlislot to process, disguise, or launder proceeds of illegal activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws;
• Allowing a third party to access or use your jlislot account;
• Systematically abusing bonuses or promotional offers, including coordinated abuse across multiple accounts;
• Engaging in any activity that jlislot reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlislot Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and audiovisual content — is the intellectual property of jlislot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlislot Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without jlislot's prior written consent.

10 Privacy & Data

jlislot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jlislot, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jlislot processes personal data for purposes including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have consented — promotional communications. jlislot does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

jlislot is required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to retain certain player data and transaction records for a minimum period as specified by applicable regulations, even after an account is closed. Full details are available in the jlislot Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

jlislot is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe entertainment environment for all players. jlislot enforces a strict 21+ age policy in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. No player under the age of 21 may register or use the Platform.

jlislot provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings without requiring support intervention:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your jlislot account;
• Loss limits — restrict the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Session time limits and reality checks — receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing;
• Cool-off periods — take a short break from jlislot for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-exclusion — request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the jlislot platform.

Once a self-exclusion is in effect, jlislot will not accept deposits or permit play from that account for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts on jlislot during the exclusion period. Doing so is a breach of these Terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlislot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlislot account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlislot is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical maintenance, infrastructure failure, or circumstances beyond jlislot's reasonable control;
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications providers;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any decision you make to place a wager or claim a bonus based on information you obtained outside of the jlislot Platform;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, whether foreseeable or not.

Nothing in these Terms limits jlislot's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

jlislot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated applicable law, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, jlislot reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected, jlislot is required to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities and may be legally prohibited from returning funds while the matter is under investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their jlislot account may do so by contacting jlislot support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after applicable checks are completed. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jlislot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by a notice posted on the jlislot Platform at least seven (7) days before the updated Terms take effect, except where a change is required immediately to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, in which case the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of jlislot after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes concerning their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where a dispute relates directly to jlislot's gaming operations and falls within PAGCOR's regulatory remit, jlislot and the player agree to engage in PAGCOR's dispute resolution process before initiating formal court proceedings, where applicable.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
